River View Apartment - Rome

I always choose to stay here because it's perfect. The staff helped me with my elderly parents on my first visit. Wi-Fi, cookware, air conditioning, and no pets or smoking allowed. Coming back for Easter!

The room at River View Apartment was beautifully decorated and made me feel right at home. With a fully equipped kitchenette and separate bedroom, it had everything I needed for my stay. The private balcony was an added bonus, offering a lovely view of the city.

Personally, I found the toaster in the apartment to be a bit outdated. But hey, to each their own!

the location near the river was perfect, away from the crowds but still close to all the important sites. Anna and Ramona were warm and lovely, always available to help. The apartment exceeded my expectations and the host was super friendly and flexible with arrival and leaving times. Can't wait to go back!

hot water was unreliable

Situated in a prime location near the river, this apartment offers a tranquil escape from the city's hustle and bustle. Guests can easily walk to famous landmarks and attractions, such as the Vatican and St. Peter's Basilica. The spacious bedroom provides ample storage space for belongings, while the small outdoor sitting area adds a touch of charm to the accommodation.

Some guests encountered cleanliness issues, with black mold in the bathroom and ants present throughout the apartment, leading to a less than satisfactory experience.

The value for my money was really good and the room exceeded my expectations. The location was perfect, close to all the main sights but away from the crowds. The staff were friendly, helpful, and flexible with check-in and check-out times. Highly recommend!

Breakfast items could use improvement, particularly the selection.

The location of the property was fantastic, with close proximity to the Vatican and Trastevere. We loved that there were mini markets and cafes right at our doorstep, making it convenient for us to grab essentials or have a quick meal. the apartment had a lovely small outdoor sitting area, which was a great advantage to have in bustling Rome.

We did encounter a couple of issues during our stay. the television in our apartment did not work from the moment we arrived, which was a bit disappointing.

Excellent location near Vatican, St Peter's Basilica, and the Castel of the Angelo. Walking distance to downtown. Shops nearby. The apartment was clean and well-equipped. Anna, the homeowner, was helpful and friendly. We received clear instructions and had good communication. Great view of the Tiber River and Castel Sant Angelo. Nice courtyard terrace.

We had a fantastic time staying at the cozy and well-equipped apartment with a great view of Tiber River and Castel Sant Angelo. Communication with the owner was easy and friendly via WhatsApp. The location was perfect, just a short walk away from the city center and Vatican, but still away from the crowds. The courtyard terrace was a lovely spot for smokers. we had a wonderful experience and would highly recommend this apartment to anyone visiting.
